grief workshops
there is power in both internally acknowledging our feelings and externally sharing in community. all workshops can be crafted to the specific need of the group, from two hours to two days to retreats. if you are an organization or practitioner who would like to collaborate to host or develop a workshop, you can see some examples below.
creating space for grief
from suicide to jobs to relationships, no two loss experiences are the same, yet there are parallels and shared themes that connect us.
through prompts and creative exercises, participants acknowledge feelings around loss that each have experienced and cultivate community in a trusting space we create together.
book sharing
these intimate gatherings are led by me sharing my story around suicide loss by taking participants through my original book from college – sentiment.
facilitated conversation is woven into the storytelling experience, creating space to be as open or reflective as each person feels ready to be.
these sessions can stay centered on suicide loss or span beyond to include a broader range of loss.
