stigma sessions

grief is already stigmatized and many types of loss take on their own form of stigma. every type of loss deserves the permission to be felt and grieved in order to heal, even if we don’t realize that healing is needed.

these cohorts will create space to build trust with others who have shared experience through one category of loss, over the course of one month – together.

month one | burnout

april is stress awareness month, a meaningful time to make yourself your next project and give yourself permission to heal what needs to be healed and move through burnout to find healthy ways to manage it. being honest with ourselves about the burnout we may be experiencing can be stigmatized in and of itself.

loss may look like:
your creative spark
confidence
motivation
sense of purpose

stress can show up in a variety of ways and just like it can stifle creativity, creativity can be a tool in managing stress.

using the create/share/heal framework, work through a month-long project together, to feel supported in finding (or re-finding) flow. don’t worry if you don’t have an idea yet. we’ll get there together. the allowing of creativity to regain your spark is the most important part.

FUTURE SESSION TOPICS:
